To me civilized means someone having a highly development in society or culuture. Being civilized means having an inner sense of law. A civilized person follows the rules of life and of the law.Sometimes when you are civilized you have to make-do with what you have.
Good ideas. I especially like your inner sense of law idea. A bit short and missing a title, but overall a good start.
